• Involved in full recruiting life cycle &end to end recruitment.• Understand the manpower planning from the business which would cover aspects like skill set requirement, job description, hiring manager details, SLA.• Sourcing Profiles via job portals, candidate referrals, job posting, ER mailer, media & Company database.• Conducting Walk-in Drives and personal interviews. Arranging for operations panel and coordinating at all levels of interviews. • Conducting preliminary interviewing & negotiations with the candidates, identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements, scrutinizing resumes.• Providing timely feedback to the clients on their requirements and to the candidates for their interviews.• Scheduling Interviews – F2F,VC,Telephone, WebEx with the Hiring manager • Planning, coordinating and executing thehead-hunting process and maintaining a comprehensive data bank of all the employees with avaried background.• Keep all the client stakeholders updated on the status of SLAs and potential opportunities for improvement. • Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker Sheet, Requirement and Offer Reports to be sent to the delivery heads and top management. • Offer negotiation with the shortlisted candidates.• Lead various Employee Referrals and floor walkfor niche demands to enhance employee engagements and also to bring in the best talent.
