Mechanical Engineer
Current• Manage and execute Installation & Commissioning work in Light Rail Transit Metro station and its underground tunnel which includes HVAC, Firefighting, Chilled water piping, UG & AG Plumbing and Drainage networks.• Installation & Testing of various infrastructure networks includes District Cooling, Gas, Potable Water, Pneumatic Waste Collection, Foul Water, Storm Water and Treated Sewage Effluent Networks.• Installation , Testing & commissioning of Fire pump Rooms, FM 200 Rooms, Storm water pumping stations for L.R.T Metro Station and its Underground tunnel networks• Installation of AHUs, FCUs, JET fans Heat exchangers, Chemical dozer, Sump pumps, Penstocks, Sluice gate, Stop log etc.• Liaise with client, construction manager and sub-contractor on day to day basis for smooth running of the project.• Responsible for RFI of purchased materials, Carrying out necessary site inspections at every stage of installation and ensuring that approvals are obtained on time.• Responsible for ensuring the works is performed in accordance with approved drawings, and project specification.• Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and compare with project deadlines • Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project.• Co-ordinate with Purchase and Procurement team for raising the Purchase order, Material follow up for on time delivery.
