* Promoting the implementation of Social & Environmental assessment, pollution prevention and abatement, community health, safety and sustainable natural resource management. * Responsible for the management and development of the HSE program, in particular, maintain compliance with legislative and corporate requirements. * Supervise the implementation of HSE program * Provide regular management reviews of the Integrated HSE Management System in line with the concept of continuous improvement, and provide suitable measurements for the site’s HSE program.

* Establish environmental engineering goals and objectives consistent with global and regional goals.* Identify waste reduction opportunities within the manufacturing process to develop less wasteful methods of manufacture.* Manage system for identifying, investigating, recording, and reporting environmental (solid waste, waste water and hazardous waste report, energy usage information). * Manage all waste stream management based on NIKE SWR/HWR or local government requirement. * Training waste management (segregation, storage & handling) for solid waste, waste water & Hazardous waste * Lead and facilitate the development and implementing of facility environmental improvement plans to enhance compliance and improve environmental. * Provide regular communication to all levels of department/management regarding environmental issues and performance to ensure that relevant issues.* Do E2 internal audit monthly and daily monitoring & control.
