Ensure guests definite flight / boat information, pick up service & communicating with Front Office Dept. -Review the reservation received today and ensure rate code, room type, source code, market code, special needs, payment instruction, etc; are properly keyed in the system.-Provide 3 months forecast report, top 20 TA production, OTA comparison report for weekly RevMax (Revenue Maximization) Meeting. -Provide daily pick up and cancellation report.-Provide agency pick up report. -Monitor competitor's rates and packages. -Supervise of Group reservations and ensure special group request. -Control group room block assignments by adhering to group COD. -Make pro-forma invoice and confirmation letter.-Handle payment using iPay88 PayPal system. -Follow up no-show and cancellation. -Update actual, month to date and forecast of room revenue, room sold and occupancy, and analyze results, variances, and budget comparisons. Communicating with Front Office and Reservation daily average pick up and cancellation for strategy adjustment especially for upselling.-Handling bookings made from offline travel agent, own website and extranet B2B/wholesaler like Hotelbeds, DOTW, GTA and B2C/retail like Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com. -Add. skill able to control rooms inventory & allotment, rates and restrictions in all extranet separately.
