As a part of financial team in The Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Incomes through Support for Markets in Agriculture (PRISMA), a development partnership between the Government of Australia (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, DFAT) and the Government of Indonesia (Bappenas), managed by Palladium International Indonesia. The multi-year development partnership aims to accelerate poverty reduction through promoting inclusive economic growth.Under the Finance and Operation division, providing support for program implementation especially in financial aspect, including cash management, reporting, invoicing and taxation.

Monitor day-to-day financial operation in Semarang Branch Office, including financial SOP review, cash management, budgeting, reviewing reports and accounts also providing support for other departments and mentoring team of finance department to achieve the corporate goals.

Learning whole business process of company's retail system including marketing, communication, financial and business development aspects. Analyzing the data and learning experience to provide advise and innovation applicable to specific departments.
