Leading the complete cycle for financial due diligence on Indonesian-based holding entity engaging in digital media business for an investor, as part of the investor's IPO preparation strategies.

Key responsibility: all accounting, finance, taxation, audit-related matters, financial governance, internal controls and process improvements including leading successful implementation of ERP system for the whole Hijra (formerly ALAMI) Group within one year of joining the Group.

PT Global Mediacom Tbk is a media holding company within the MNC Group. I am responsible for managing three work areas of budgeting, cost control and financial analysis for PT Global Mediacom Tbk and for both on-shore and off-shore companies under this Company.

My main responsibilities include:1. Carry out quality analysis on the existing and potential new borrowers to evaluate the borrowers’ industry risks assessment, specific business and financial key risks, historical and projected financial performance and standing, business prospects, credit worthiness and debts repayment capacity;2. Monitor the risk profile and quality of loans portfolio which includes assessment of dynamic loan rating process and early recognition of deteriorating loan quality;3. Review of financial covenants and other financial related pre-approval conditions;4. Maintain good relationship and communication with debtors' management on regular basis to gather insights for business & financial updates and assess loan quality; and5. Provide supports to identify and qualify new business opportunities by preparing preliminary financial and operational analysis.
