- Perform survey calls to vendor/landlord to confirm the validity of lease detail for Spx facility (FM/LM/SOC all over Indonesia).- Maintaining and updating environmental management fees data Facility (FM/LM/SOC all over Indonesia)- Validate and verify environmental management fees on each facilities payment request, for all facilities in Indonesia. (FM/LM/SOC)- Verify letter of offering from expansion specialist to landlord and give a validations about the rent details back to internal team.- Audit IPL budget for all region. - Consolidate all survey forms.- Liase with expansion team based on all data gathered from survey calls.- Verify and making monthly summarize on a daily rent/double date campaign lease period (temporary lease facility).
