CurrentAccount Receivable Staff at PTMostrans Global Digilog, Indonesia's pioneering digital transportation platform. Accomplishments:1. Receive and check the completeness of invoice documents from transporters and shippers inaccordance with invoice requirements.2. Journalize and create invoices for over 150 claims of damaged goods, storage demurrage, credo,polyurethane, porter fees, overnight fees and cancellation fees in the Oracle system, totalingbetween 350 to 400 billion rupiahs per month.3. Responsible for send invoices and supporting document to customers.4. Create management fee invoices on Mostrans Web Finance for over 45 transporters every month,with an average total invoice amounting to IDR 500 million each.5. Ensure the quotations of rate, the city of origin/destination, charter price and mfee percentages forevery route are valid.6. Export aging AR and generate an updated report every week.7. Assist in the reconciliation of Non-Trade Accounts Receivable.8. Communicate with all customers and solve all related issues such as term of payment, lack ofdocumentation and other things quickly and professionally.9. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality Assurance and Accounts Payable to clarify billing information and resolve problems.10. Provide support and information required during internal analysis and external audits.
