As pre-opening team, I'm responsible for general accounting process and to supervise Account Payable function. Now I'm responsible for monthly closing process (Payroll, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Tax Reporting, Report submission to Owner and Hotel Management) with Finance team and directly reporting to Director of Finance.

Responsible for payment preparation include the procedure in bank transfer process. Allocate the cost and expense to each department for monthly report. 2nd year was responsible for incoming revenue allocation as income auditor as for other revenue-related areas.

Responsible for two-stars hotel general transactions inclusive payment, bank reconciliation, fund received, revenue allocation, and monthly closing journals.
