- Conducting client interviews and maintaining contact with the client- Assisting lawyers in the preparation of transactional closings, depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences- Summarizing depositions, testimony, and interrogatories- Conducting investigations and documentary research- Attending executions of wills and court/administrative hearings- Creating and maintaining a case management database- Organizing and tracking files related to case documents and important transactions- Drafting legal court documents, such as motions, affidavits, and subpoenas, and transactional documents, such as contracts, real estate leases, and trusts.

- Supporting and assisting Legal Standards Officers (LSO) to process complaints § Organizing Standards Committee meetings- Liaising with external agencies- Managing telephone enquiries- Drafting correspondence- Updating databases, and- A range of other administrative tasks.- Provides support to other complaint and regulatory areas as required.
