Responsible for content development, designing training courses for Generation in a variety of countries (Brazil, Kenya, India, Mexico, Spain, etc), working globally always with a solving-problem mindset. I create session plans that are user-friendly, gender-sensitive, easily understood, and accessible to Generation instructors who teach the curriculum across all eleven countries.

I am a social designer who believes in the power of design to promote change in society. I work by facilitating the design process of solutions focused on human capital. Currently, I am involved in educational projects with various consultancies such as Cia de Talentos and Cambridge Family Enterprise Group, as well as international organizations like Generation (USA) and Kiitos Technology (Netherlands-Palestine), and also independently.

Operating 100% online, we developed projects that impacted +200,000 Brazilians, making the Brazilian population aware of Diversity and Inclusion, with themes that touch the LGBQ+ movement and its intersectionality and reaching more than 1.2 million people in Brazil.

Diversity and Inclusion Consultant focused on Human Development. Responsible from the commercial approach to the delivery of products and services to the client, providing training, forming teams, creating D&I programs and strategies for several Brazilian companies, helping to transform the Brazilian labor market into a more inclusive environment for all.

Responsible for the planning and development of innovation projects, managing trans-disciplinary teams, working with co-creation with a win-win relationship building. In 1 year in the position we developed 3 projects for Tech, Education and Health industries, and started partnership with many kinds of stakeholders and companies as Facebook, public schools and the public health sector

Career and Development Consultant, responsible for project development to big Corps in the HR sector. The projects which I'm running include youth and senior leadership training programs, content research and development, facilitation and learning design, as well as topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Innovation, Future of Work and others. My main goal is to help companies and people to transform their cultures and behaviors, creating more diverse and inclusive work environments for all.

Design and Architecture Awards - Development and follow-up of the Instituto Tomie Ohtake Leroy Merlin Design Award and Instituto Tomie Ohtake AkzoNobel Architecture Award, working in planning and execution of the activities, and institutional partnership, ensuring the deliveries within the stipulated deadlines and budgets. Accessibility Program - Responsible for the planning, management and production of the Accessibility Program, working with accessibility and inclusion. Responsible also for the management of institutional partnerships related to the projects. Among the projects I developed I would like to highlight Expresso Acesso, a free bus line that included the community of Canindé and some of the most important cultural institutions in the city. I've developed and implemented the project, coordinating transdisciplinary teams and ensuring the execution of the project within the expected time and budget.

I did the executive production of two projects for the “Caixa Cultural RJ” and “BNDES” institutions, planning, executing and following the projects, taking care that all the demands were met within the stipulated deadlines, thus ensuring their success. Responsible also for the articulation of the relationship between the artists, suppliers and maintaining institutions. The exhibitions happened as planned, with prominence in the media and attraction of the general public.

During the period that I worked in the Institution I made the planning, administrative and financial management of the projects of the Art & Education sector, being responsible for the executive production of the projects since its conception to its accountability. I represented the institution with suppliers, customers and partners, establishing and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders. The planning and follow-up of the activities allowed the fulfillment of budgets, schedules and the success of more than 10 projects, ensuring their feasibility in legal, ethical, financial and security terms during the two years that I worked in the institution.

I worked on TV commercials and a TV series of the company, working in the executive production and production assistance. During the time I worked for the company, I was responsible for the budgeting, programming and scheduling, logistics, official authorizations and documents, rental preparation and monitoring of the audiovisual projects that I was involved to. Between the projects was a TV series for Discovery Channel.

I was responsible for the logistics structuring of the 9th Mercosul Art Biennial through the planning and negotiation with suppliers and artists. Due to the success in logistics planning and my fluency in English and Spanish, I took on the receptive sector of the show, representing the institution and articulating the relationship between the project stakeholders. My participation resulted in the coming of more than 70 artists invited to the show. The good relationship with the stakeholders made the sponsoring bank of the event pay more attention and exclusive treatment to the Institution and the participating artists of the show.

Responsible for the production of exhibitions, lectures and events of the University cinema, and production assistance to other activities of the Cultural Department including production of shows, art exhibitions and handicraft fairs. Also responsible for the curatorship of the last show of the year of 2012, entitled "Cinema and Rock", in partnership with Maurício Lobo.

I participated in the structuring that enabled the creation of the Audiovisual Documentation Center of the Postgraduate Program of Performing Arts of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, through the research and selection of works for the collection and the operationalization and negotiation of the purchase of the titles. My participation contributed to the acquisition of more than 80 titles within the stipulated period, which made possible the creation of the Audiovisual Documentation Center of the Postgraduate Program in Performing Arts of UFRGS.
