Frédéric Ecolivet has been a barrister at the Paris Bar since 1991.Frédéric Ecolivet deals with all matters relating to corporate law, particularly concerning investments in the field of the environment.He took part in the creation of the first risk fund (FCPR) dedicated to mezzanine financing in the renewable energy sector (particularly within the scope of windpower and hydroelectric projects) and has structured some hundred investments in this field.Through his work with leading financial institutions, he gained specific experience in the auditing of projects requiring administrative authorizations (building permits, operating permits, etc.) and the securing of guarantees for investments in the field of the environment.His work in the field of investment is mainly focused on the sectors of renewable energy, biotechnology, industry and services.Frédéric Ecolivet is also a member of Association des Juristes Européens and the co-author of the book "La Qualité de l’Air", published in 2000 by Editions de l’Imprimerie Nationale, with a preface by Corinne Lepage, former French Minister of the Environment.
