Marketing ManagerTogether with 2 content and business managers, I lead a marketing team of 10 people that provides service to the different business units of Famiq.

Achievements:- More than USD 2.5 MM invested in development and training of our sales force.- USD 1.2 MM are being sold through this plattform every month.- By July 2020, more than 35% of our business operation is being handled through Famiq PIN by our customers autonomously.- More than 10.000 products published.- More than 20.000 positions of orders are being recorded per month.We are developing this project with Agile Frameworks, using SCRUM to develop Famiq PIN iteratively and incrementally.My role as a Product Manager is:- To maximize outcome, prioritizing what is most relevant to be developed.- To lead the discovery team to find the best solutions to be developed.- To lead the developing team together with our SM to maximize software delivery. - To engage all business stakeholders into a shared vision of Famiq PIN.- Develop and look after our main product KPIs to maximize the product market fit of Famiq PIN.2. Agile Coach.My goal on this role is to embrace the leaders at Famiq with an Agile Mindset. Increased our OTD (on time delivery) from 48% to 96% in 14 months.2. Increased Famiq's NPS from 40 to 65 points.3. Worked together with Famiq PIN team to digitallize all the after sales queries, such as tracking information, invoice and receipt downloads and current accounts balances.
