• Developed a headcount planning model to drive a 20% workforce expansion by aggregating budget and headcount data from 10 business department and 2 HR ERPs. The model accounted for internal mobility and churn rate.• Envisioned and developed a self-service reporting suite which became the main source for self-service analytics for an external HR department; managed the whole process from definition of system requirements to final go-live. This involved the automation of reporting tools through the consolidation, using Python scripts and Power Query, of data from several systems and databases. Visualization was built in Tableau and Excel dashboards that refreshed daily using VBA macros. Achieved a user adoption rate for self-service analytics of 70% in EMEA.• Transformed recruitment into a data driven organization. This was achieved through: a) a close partnership with the recruitment teams to understand their most pressing needs and challenges and b) a clear definition and implementation of reporting solutions that could be used to drive change and monitor their processes.• Built a case and obtained a 16% HC budget increase from the finance department through the analysis of past recruitment trends, productivity estimations and forecast of business expansion.• Partnered with data engineers to implement a Redshift database to consolidate data sources.• Created and moved into production a machine learning model to predict candidates’ gender. Accuracy score of 90%.

• Provided data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing department on how to better target their sales strategies: I worked with a large data set tracking the purchasing behavior of 150K customers over a span of 14 months. I calculated the price-profit elasticity during promotions and shared insights on how this is affected by external factors (e.g. seasonality, sales medium) and customer characteristics (e.g. purchase history, memberships)• Achieved a 50% time saving in the production/update of monitoring tools through the query automation of the Oracle-based Amazon internal data warehouse.
