Responsible for executing medium and high-risk processes/tasks related to the EIM Data Governance area. In charge of maintaining data integrity and quality within the L.L.Bean systems. Work with counterparts to troubleshoot complex issues, get the required information and coordinate the effort to update business applications. Manage efforts related to training, tracking, metrics design, analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Responsible for process owner coordination and capacity planning of medium-high processes/tasks.

After my career in LL Bean as a problem resolution representative and then moving to the inventory services department I had the opportunity to return to the Problem Resolution department for a more leadership-oriented role which helped me reinforce several skills such as effective communication, motivation, delegation and being a role model for the team. I also controlled the team´s productivity and lead the team to work efficiently. As part of my responsibilities I oversaw the short term and mid-term planning to ensure the team´s capacity and completion of the workload. Additionally, I served as an intermediary between the department´s leaders and the team and worked in conflict resolutions, decision making and as a communication bridge.Achievements:  Built an interactive and user-friendly dashboard in order to improve the visibility of the productivity and quality metrics.  Achieved an on-goal productivity metric over 98% throughout the department. Accomplished an on-time metric of 100%, even during peak season.
