• Responsible for all warehouse activities, assigning tasks to staff, monitoring of incoming and outgoing materials.• Responsible for the receipt and creation of purchase orders, on the SAP system, for materials required at the satellite warehouses or construction site, received on a daily basis • Creating of Goods Receipt Notes on the SAP system• Responsible for creation of inventory documents on SAP system for monthly material stock count in the main warehouse and satellite warehouses.

• Monitoring of Post Shipment table of all incoming containers to Beirut Port• Compiling relevant documentation and certification for each container to expedite clearing process and importation of containers at the port. • Scheduling the receipt of containers in coordination with the warehouse manager and clearing agent.• Accurate completion of Container Goods Receipt Notes, detailing discrepancies in quantity or quality of products received.• Managing of 2 (two) Delivery Team Leader and 7 (seven) Truck drivers• Assigning delivery schedules to Team Leaders for the daily deliveries to the UN Contingents.• Monitoring of trucks via GPS TRACEBOX (Powersoft) during the weekly delivery runs to the 20 UNIFIL contingents in the south of Lebanon, supporting 13,000 troops• Addressing complaints from the client in regards to disservice provided during the delivery and rectifying the disservice immediately and to client’s satisfaction.• Creating and achieving key business objectives through the implementation of KPI reports and reducing delivery costs.• Contacting the Insurance agency when containers received at the warehouse showed signs of foul play, and organising a survey at the warehouse with the presence of clearing agency.• Conducting Staff training with the Health and Safety officer for the safety of Team Leaders and Drivers.• Conducting weekly staff meetings to evaluate where and how delivers could be improved, discussing alternative route schedules or delivery timings.

- Creating of Picking List for daily picking packing of food products for ITALFOR troops.- Creating of Goods Receipt Report for containers received at the warehouse.- Creating of Inventory documents for monthly inventory control.- Creating or adjusting of material codes for new or existing products
