▪ Ownership of the OTB, responsibility on budgeted sales for the Area, margin, sell thru and end stock targets for 9 store + Omnichannel▪ Responsibility of all Buying activities, from Product selection, Merchandise Planning and Negotiationof Commercial Terms for each brand, to the in-season management of stock level/quality in storeand markdown policies.▪ Training and Merchandising in store, instructing Floor Managers on proper product display andproduct push according to sales objectives and results▪ Development of Brand Mix per store, working with the Divisional Merchandising Manager and theSpecial project team on strategic development of new areas, as well as ensuring consistent buyingmessage across the business’ different product categories▪ Proactive continuous brand and product sourcing, for both direct business and concession partners,with the objective of consistently improving Brand Mix and Product Offer in store.▪ Supporting Rinascente in its mission of offering a unique and competitive product offer▪ exceeding customers’ expectations▪ In charge of relationships with external partners, forging relationships with new suppliers as well asensuring strong partnerships with existing ones, acting as Rinascente’s brand ambassador.▪ Proposing and coordinate Marketing activities with brands including assessments and proposals forwindows events, promotions, exceptional communications, campaigns, etc..;▪ Leading a team of six.
