Federica Cornelli (b. 1991) is an Italian post-internet artist whose practice focuses on analysing human relationship towards its own deep nature and technological progress. Since her first name translates to “Powerful through peace”, holding a strong connection to the word “Faith” (from Fede), the artist grew up to naturally and daily confront themes of empathy, metamorphosis, religion, spirituality, duality, rituals, time, power, chaos, redemption and introspection. The studies of metaphysical subjects quickly involved her into the analysis of our relationship with computers, softwares and artificial intelligence.In the past six years, she worked in Milan for various contemporary art galleries and museums with the aim to upgrade both her knowledge and network in the art field.
