I’ve been part of the opening of the flagship restaurant and retailer Mariage Freres in London. My responsibilities involved consultation in the restaurant’s grand opening, where I’ve closely collaborated with the kitchen, back and front house staff to ensure a tailored menu followed by high-quality customer service.
