- Customer orders collection and management (sales, pricing coordination, payment collection, delivery and shipping conditions - Incoterms);- Customer Service coordination before, during and after sales (delivery lead times, follow-up, reminders, claims);- Daily communication and coordination of Customers with the Account Managers;- Coordination with Quality, Planning/Production, Warehouse/Logistic and Accounting departments;- Business Credit Insurance management for Customer companies;- Sales forecasts management: review and validation in collaboration with the Business Manager, the Sales Managers and the Sales Assistants worldwide;- Contribution to the production planning (material availability according to delivery plans): production priorities establishment in collaboration with the Business Manager, the Supply team and the Production team;- Order book vs. forecasts follow-up: demand/supply mismatches resolution in collaboration with the Scheduling Manager and the Planning/Production Manager.

- Customer Service before, during and after sales (delivery lead times, follow-ups, reminders, claims);- Customer order management (sales, payment, delivery and shipping conditions - Incoterms);- Support to the Business Director and the Sales Representative activities;- Raw materials Suppliers related back office management (purchasing support);- Import and Export document management (packing lists, invoices, credit notes, free export declarations, certificates of origin, customs bills of entry, bill of ladings/seaway bills/airway bills);- Coordination with Quality, Planning, Warehouse, Production and Accounting departments;- Logistic management and shipment organization (carriers and forwarders cost-effectiveness selection);- Shipments Insurance management;- Business Credit Insurance management for customer companies.

- Support to the Global Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing Manager activities;- Customer order management (sales, payment and shipping conditions - Incoterms);- Customer Service before, during and after sale (delivery lead times, follow-ups, reminders, claims);- Export document management (packing lists, invoices, credit notes, free export declarations, certificates of origin, customs bills of entry, bill of ladings/seaway bills/airway bills);- Collaboration with Quality, Planning and Production departments;- Logistic management and shipment organization (carriers and forwarders cost-effectiveness selection);- Sea freight and air freight transports Insurance management;- Business Credit Insurance management for customer companies.
