As part of my multifaceted role, I lead the development team responsible of "solutioning". From providing the tools to build a customer solution, to ensuring simple and effective ways to upgrade and configure the clients' group of products, the team supports common infrastructure for the R&D group as well as making sure that new features and functionality are made available in the solution.

Performing a various and autonomous role, I assist the execution of the overall vision of the end to end delivery. From understanding the exciting healthcare dynamics and the customer problem statements, to contributing to the development and communication of product strategy, I work closely with senior leadership and development teams to deliver products that are successful in the market.

Leader of a number of products in the larger platform that support most of the applications in Orion Health. My work is centred on clinical data from the raw to the curated form, including:* Data acquisition * Data extraction* Data governance* Information modelling * Interoperability * Clinical standards complianceServing healthcare networks across the globe, I collaborate closely with international teams. While leading and contributing to the overall platform roadmap, I ensure success is achieved across a variety of development teams.

Analysis and research for legacy products, as well as new development. Often re-engineering capabilities to understand the reasons of the product behaving in a particular way. This aspect being necessary to shift features to the new technology stack. During this time, I deepened expertise in HL7 standards, from v2 to CCDA, to FHIR. On top of that, I extended my knowledge with value-based care and claims concepts. The new product was implemented for significant US payers aggregations.
