Over 20 years of experience in corporate, financial and crisis communication. She has worked as a manager, advisor and finally as an entrepreneur, founding the PR company True Relazioni Pubbliche in 2014 and subsequently, in June 2021, co - founding Axelcomm, of which she is CEO. Over the years, she has managed communication on behalf of multinationals, SMEs and start-ups belonging to a variety of industrial sectors, as well as for professional orders, associations and law firms. From 2006 to 2008 she worked in London in the field of financial communication in support of Italian companies listed on the stock exchange. On the financial communication front, she was advisor for IPOs, takeover bids, M&A and bond issues. She was Head of the Milan office of PMS - Financial & Corporate Communications, one of the most important Italian Corporate & Financial PR agencies at the time, listed on the Milan stock exchange. Previously she held the position of Head of Press Office of SEA-Aeroporti di Milano, Head of Media Relations of Volare Group and Head of the Image Service of Federchimica (Confindustria). Federica Menichino in 2020 and in 2022 received the Professional of the Year Award in the Finance PR category as part of the Financecommunity Awards. In her roles, Federica launched complex PR campaigns based on media relations, social networks engagement, event management and advertising for a variety of clients.
