As a Rooms Operations Voyager at Marriott International, I am part of a prestigious and competitive leadership development program that exposes me to different functions and departments within the hotel, such as front desk, housekeeping, guest services, reservations and concierge. I work with a diverse and talented team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences to our guests, while developing my managerial skills and my knowledge of the hospitality industry.I have been passionate about the dynamics of hospitality since an early age. Growing up in my family’s hotel in Tuscany (Italy) allowed me to develop my passion for this industry, as well as my knowledge in different departments such as front office, housekeeping, guest service, marketing and events. I graduated with a BSc Honours degree in International Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey in July 2023, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and practices of hospitality. I also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Central Florida for a semester, where I expanded my global perspective and network. Additionally, I was the president of the Italian Society at the University of Surrey Students' Union, where I led and managed the group's activities, budget, and direction, and fostered a sense of community and culture among the members. I am passionate, ambitious, and motivated to grow in the hospitality industry.
