Federica Pericle, PhD, MBA is an entrepreneurial and driven executive with track record experience in building successful biotechnology companies from inception to clinical stage. She is the Chief Scientific Officer of ImmunoGenesis, a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutics to catalyze effective immune responses in immunologically “cold” cancers. Dr. Pericle is also serving as Analyst for Bluestar Investment Managers (www.bluestar-im.ch) managing Onelife Fund fully dedicated to the life science sector (~$50MM). Dr. Pericle is a dynamic life science leader with expertise in corporate and clinical development, IP, regulatory, equity financings and in-depth scientific knowledge of cancer immunotherapy, gene therapy, immunology, and CNS. Previously, she was the President and CEO of Agilvax, Inc., a biotechnology company developing novel cancer therapies and vaccines for infection diseases. Prior to Agilvax she was the co-founder and COO of SeneXta Therapeutics, a clinical stage company developing treatments for CNS disorders. Dr. Pericle has also worked as a Senior Scientist at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Pericle received her Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of Turin in Italy and has a specialization in Immunology/Cancer Immunotherapy from the University of South Florida and the University of Turin. She also holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.
