I am a creative mind who strives to translate ideas into products.With over six years of experience in the fashion industry and a diploma in fashion design from Istituto Marangoni, I have matured strong skills both in creating an aestetich and in product development management.I am currently Product Developer at Marni, a renowned Italian luxury brand that offers eclectic and sophisticated designs for modern and cosmopolitan customers. My role at Marni involves working side by side with the design team, pattern makers, tailors, and suppliers on the development of the ready-to-wear collections for women and celebrities , from prototypes to production-ready items. I manage the technical development of assigned styles (all categories- from dresses to outwear- plus beachwear), ensuring that both fit and technical engineering meet design expectations and competitive prices.In order to to meet delivery deadlines the monitor of the collection progress is a key activity.I also manage and update product data sheets and attend development and pre-production fittings.As part of a productive chain I value the power of team work collaborating closely with the purchasing team, the fabric and research team, and the merchandising team.I am passionate, organized, with a problem solving attitude and I enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the creative vision and the commercial success of the brand.
