Federica attained her master's degree in General Management at the Department of Economics and Management, University of Trento with the tesis in Social Media Marketing, Consumer psichology and Statistics entitled "A model for analyzing the relationship between Facebook, store loyalty and sales: the case of a tobacco-shop". She has a particular interest in the area of marketing, in which she has already gained a first professional knowledge thanks to a 2-month internship at the Marketing Office of the Sparkasse of Bozen. Other areas for which she has particular interest are the Controlling and Supply Chain Management, that she could get to know and appreciate thanks to her university studies. She has expanded her language skills by attending all the schools in German and making more summer study trips in England, thus being able to achieve two major goals: the Italian-German bilingual certificate and the First Certificate in English. She is a sociable, dynamic, determined, ambitious and curious person.
