I’m a cultural project manager and a performing arts curator with a specific interest for urban interventions and site-specific works. I direct performing arts festivals and cultural programmes focused on community projects and temporary reuses of dismissed buildings. I work on urban regeneration processes and social innovation practices through the development of relationships with architects, urbanists and city planners. Since December 2005 I’m president and main project manager of Amigdala, an artistic collective with a feminist vocation and a passion for horizontal governance & shared (and quiet) leadership, working in the fields of performing arts, contemporary theatre and music, urban regeneration and civic innovation. I’m a member of the Board of Directors of Lo Stato dei Luoghi, the first italian network for advocacy and research about urban regeneration through culture, with more than 70 members from different parts of the country.
