Manage the Portfolios of Projects for the following three areas: Regulatory, Legal / Data Protection and ESG. - Work with the team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure successful delivery of the Projects- Be the escalation point of contact when challenges / issues occur within the Projects and work on getting those resolved or further escalated if needed- Interact with the Project Sponsors (at VP level) to keep them informed about the status, progress and challenges related to their Portfolios and to help them making informed decisions when required - Work with the Sponsors and with Finance to build, manage and maintain the yearly budget for the three Portfolios
