• Collecting and analyzing financial results from international subsidiaries;• Support foreign subsidiaries in managing local tax and accounting issues that may arise from day to day needs and new local and international regulations; • Support in the preparation of the Subsidiaries Financial Statements for quarterly and annual deadlines;• Assist subsidiaries to resolve questions in accordance with their local GAAP and Corporate Policies;• Support in the preparation of the annual consolidated report, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of financial information provided by foreign subsidiaries and helping them in developing new processes aimed at improving year end reconciliations and activities;• Prepare and manage all the data and analysis to support the external consultant with the drafting of the annual transfer pricing documentation;• Perform intercompany reconciliation at year end and in periodic closings for the consolidated report;• Coordination of year end audit with international subsidiaries;• Participate in cross functional special projects involving different departments with enthusiasm and problem-solving attitude.
