I reached a saving of 5 working days, shortening the forwarding process to the top management. I made safer the data stored in the system. I was able to gain a deeper monthly understanding of the data from the subsidiaries. Implementation of a Credit Management Policy to a Parent company level reaching an improvement of 8 days in collection from the customers. Reorganization of the finance department redefining the organizational set up (work load and workflow) with a direct saving of 10% of the personnel cost of my areas.  Renegotiation of the Group Syndicate financing composed by the main Italian Banks: preparation of the Business Plan for the Restructuring agreement (art. 182 bis Italian Bankruptcy Law).

In addition to have the responsibility of the audit engagements, I performed indirect activities as planning, recruiting, training and developing. IFRS Transition implementing a manual to evaluate the IFRS impact adoption. This manual was an important instruments for the understanding of the IFRS impacts on the Consolidated Financial Statements, on the IT system and on the Group organization.
