Its products are used worldwide across a range of sectors including transport, construction, mining, materials handling and environmental services providers.Main responsibilities:TALENT ACQUISITION- needs analysis working closely with hiring manager- creation of the job description- recruitment channels (Linkedin recruiter and Indeed) and agencies activation- organization and participation in interviews- collection of feedbacks from candidate and business- offer preparation- drafting of the contract- sending the documentation to payroll consultantPEOPLE DEVELOPMENT- training needs analysis in collaboration with managers- scouting of training providers- creation of the training plan with the consultant- fund the plan through funds (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti)- organisation of the teaching days- preparation of training documentation- training reporting for fundingGREAT PLACE TO WORK- preparation and organisation of the survey (training and- support to employees)- participation to GPTW global meeting- analysis and presentation of results for each department- follow up meeting with managers- GPTW workshopOTHER ACTIVITIES- Support to HSE Department for safety trainings- Employer branding- Payroll support
