About Federica De Nardi

Biologist with a Master in Clinical Research and 15 years solid experience in Pharmaceutical Industries, I discovered the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) finding similarities between the mechanisms that modify gene expression and the processes of change and reprogramming proposed by the New Code of NLP. Coach and trainer in New Code NLP, I am a certified member of the ITA (International Trainers Academy) and work in partnership with the ITA, an organisation founded by John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll to maintain and improve the quality of NLP on offer to the public.
