As an event coordinator, for ESN Finland I was part of the National Events Team, a group of 5 student that were tasked with the organization of the National Event of ESN Finland, the Pirates of The Baltic Sea cruise. And currently of the National Events Committee. My role in the team/committee has been very diverse, as I have acted as both PR and Promotion but also dealt with many more tasks such as: customer service, graphic material production, external communication (towards other Finnish cities and Baltic countries), market research and approaching of potential partners, passengers administration (for both the cruise and extra program), social media management, merchandise preparation, volunteer management and program supervising during the cruise.

As an intern, I helped in the organization of the "Monsters of Pop" festival, which was held in Tampere from the 11th to the 13th of September 2014. My main responsibilities were receiving artists, taking care of the merchandise and together with the other intern making sure everything was going smoothly before and after each performance.

I was involved both in their office, as a general employee, and in two of their specific productions.One was 'Cinefrutta Festival 2012' for their client "Gusto del Gusto" Onlus. An award for short-moviesmade by school focused on healthy diets, as a light and projecton assistant, I was in the directionbooth, making sure all the short movies projected were in the right order and that the lights in thetheatre were tunred on and off the the right time.The other one was a shortmovie called "Il Silenzio di Lorenzo" di Nicola Acunzo, an emerging actor athis first directing experience.I was both a Production assistant and a continuity supervisor, for reference on my job involving theshortmovie.
