I am a Communication and Design Psychologist, Conscious Activist, and Researcher. I work in Milan as Data&Research Director for AKQA, a leading international design agency. 👩💻In AKQA I work at the intersection of art and science were insights are born. I support our EMEA network to create solutions that are data-driven and insights-infused, being a key contributor in projects that deal with innovation, digital transformation and new business model solutions. I lead co-design programs that enable companies and institutions worldwide to envision the future in a more collaborative and participatory way. 🎓I have been sharing my knowledge and experience with students in NABA, IUAV and H-Farm College, both for undergraduate and postgraduate university courses. I love to challenge their mindset through generative questions more than filling their brain with close ended notions.🧘♀️In 2023 I founded Conscious Designer: a movement for future shapers who believe it is time for business to meet consciousness. AI will disrupt our ways of working; thus it is the perfect time we equip current and future generations with the complementary skill needed to design a better future and create meaningful work. I believe we can turn consciousness into our greatest skill to find fulfillment at work and leave a meaningful impact behind us.🌱I am also practitioner and facilitator of Theory U, a new-born methodology by Otto Schramer (Senior Lecturer at MIT) for sustainable innovation in business and society. And I am Advisor of the Presencing Institute, the organisation that spreads Theory U methodology with offline and online training programs.In my spare time I study, practice and write about the intersection of scientific, artistic and spiritual knowledge to envision a (more) Conscious Design.
