Working as a Project Manager for the Group leading the development of three new hotels in France. NH Collection Marseille and NH Standard in Toulouse. I ran the whole project from managing the whole supply base of contractors, construction companies, coordinating and running the construction sites from the beginning to the end design and kit out. I had full P&L responsibility and successfully brought the projects in on budget and on time.
