My name is Federica Sala and I have 20 years of professional experience in the world of communication, music and video production.I have infinite reserves of energy and am always studying or working on something. I am precise and able to coordinate frequently complex situations, teams and timings. My motto is “I’ve got this” and I really do. I am more than happy to take responsibility for the tasks and roles that I am entrusted with and will always achieve the desired result.Music has always been a key part of my education, my work and my relationships beyond the professional sphere. I believe that music must be an intrinsic part of your life if you are to make it your career. I may work behind the scenes, but I like to think that I am always at the forefront.I manage talents, projects, budgets and strategy for a diverse range of clients and with a level of enthusiasm that can be hard to find even in people 20 years my junior.My interests include anything and everything to do with art, travel and psychology. I am currently attending a course in Counseling and Mind-Body therapy and another to qualify as a teacher of Biodance. These two fields of psychotherapy are extremely helpful when it comes to navigating the levels of stress typical of my environment. Not only am I very capable at managing my own stress, but I am also often able to transmit that calm to my team when in high pressure situations.The experience that I have gained over the years – whether on set, in negotiations or on any of the countless different projects I’ve worked on – has allowed me to reach the age of 44 with a level of self-awareness and personal serenity that I believe are reflected in my work and my team.
