Federica Setti is an Organisational and Leadership development consultant, Executive & Team Coach and lecturer in management and coaching training programs. Federica built her career in leading management consulting firms and was HR Development Manager before specializing in business coaching to support companies and leaders in transformation paths.She co-founded Weplusnetwork in 2013 to provide qualified training programs for coaches and leaders and innovative services for transforming organizations. She is actively involved in international networks to promote research and insights in coaching, she is Head of Faculty in Weplusnetwork and a faculty member in Luiss Business School Flex Executive Master Program in Coaching. She holds a degree in Political Science, a Master's degree in Business Administration and in Executive and Business Coaching and followed the Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching (AOEC_ London) and the SISC Somatic Coaching Certificate with the Strozzi Institute (California).She is Certified Business Coach™ (CBC™) and Full Member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™), Member of EMCC and AC.Federica works with C-Level and Middle Managers as an Executive and Team Coach and in her approach she integrates cutting edge science and practices, blending with the specific needs of her clients to support lasting and deep transformational change enabling potential and purpose driven success.Federica SETTI è un consulente per lo sviluppo organizzativo e della Leadership, Executive Coach e docente in percorsi di formazione manageriale e di formazione al coaching. E’ docente presso la Luiss Business School in ambito Soft Skills e formazione al Coaching.
