Languages, literature, arts and humans are my main interest and focus, and I am now working on a Ph.D. project titled “TRANSLANGUAGING ON THE CREATIVE UNIVERSITY CLASSROOM: An Exploration of an Inclusive, Plurilingual Approach to teaching and Learning.”I am a columnist at F magazine (gruppo Corriere della Sera).I am a a CELTA-certified teacher of English, both as an independent teacher and with schools of languages/public schools; a journalist, copywriter and publicist; a published author of both fiction and non-fiction; a translator EN>IT and vice-versa; a Creative Writing facilitator/teacher; a fashion stylist and beauty advisor. My latest novel is L'Eredità dei Vivi, Marsilio, 2020.I also worked as sub-editor for years for Italian daily newspapers, and a fundraising officer/PR officer with an Italian NGO which funds a hospital and social projects in North-Western Uganda.I have a strong connection with Ireland, especially the West and the area between Galway and Limerick, where I lived and studied, and go back to whenever possible.Together with the Irish author Catherine Dunne I also established the Italo-Irish Literature Exchange with the Dublin-based Irish Writers' Centre.I graduated in English and Italian at National University of Ireland, Galway, as the best student of the College.I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from the University of Limerick and a Diploma di Maturità Classica (Classical Studies, Latin and Greek) from Italy.I volunteered with NUI Galway as a literacy tutor at Scoil Bhride, Shantalla, Galway, during the AY 2019-2020.
