I am an intercultural trainer, facilitator, consultant, coach, and a mentor to newcomer talents in Sweden.I have a background in economic and social sciences from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and have been based in Malmö, Sweden, since 2013. After an 18-year long experience in international corporate roles in various countries, I have started supporting people and organizations as an intercultural trainer, facilitator, coach, and mentor.Since 2017, I have trained in these capacities hundreds of executives, expatriates and academics, individually and in teams. My main areas of expertise are intercultural competence development, intercultural leadership (in particular for leaders new to Scandinavia) and the Swedish, Danish, Italian and French cultures and workplaces. I work both with direct clients, through my consultancy The Intercultural Lab, and with some of the major global and Scandinavian providers of intercultural services out there. I deliver training and coaching in English, French, Italian and Swedish - or should I say SwEnglish :-)For Sweden, I also support newly arrived expatriates, helping them kickstart or reinvent their professional life through intercultural career and educational coaching. As a presenter on the subject matters of global mindset and Swedish culture, I have collaborated with Swedish Universities such as Lund, Halmstad, and Uppsala. Since 2018, I have had the chance to lecture International Law master students at Lund University Faculty of Law on intercultural negotiation.
