Come Quality Manager, ho approfondito le mie competenze nei processi industriali attraverso corsi avanzati condotti da Master Black Belt Six Sigma.Sono Auditor certificato ISO9001:2015 e IATF16949:2016 e ho formato oltre 140 professionisti.Nel 2017 ho fondato il blog Produzione Agile, dedicato al miglioramento dei processi industriali, condividendo la mia esperienza con imprenditori italiani.Nel 2019 ho pubblicato il libro "Efficienza 100" e rilasciato il corso "SPC FACILE" sul controllo statistico dei processi.
