Coordination of all Italy Midstream Project Engineers and stewardship of their performance, discussing monthly with European Management main KPIs, like Capex and Budget. I managed major Capital projects in Italian terminals, from pitching to European Management to execution (permitting, suppliers & contractor management) until project closure.Development and pitching to management of yearly Capital plan, balancing requests from Operations, Business and Management guidelines.Support to Global Cybersecurity Team in the development of a more robust control environment at local level.
