Region Italy EHS leader, responsible for coordinating and supporting activities performed on IP manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites for Packaging business. Internal member of the Vigilance Committee pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, functions respectfully aimed to the control of the correctness of the financial accounts and of the effectiveness of the internal procedures to prevent criminal offences, specifically those ones related to environmental safety and occupational health fields.

Monfalcone

Main task is ensuring Monfalcone facility is in compliance with EU and italian EHS regulations, and implementing the standard and best practice according to Eaton MESH requirements.

Key responsibilities handled:- Concept design, plant qualification and site auditing in HSE management systems implementation- Support plants in HSE processes ensuring systematic documentation and visualization into the IMS (Integrated Management System) manual - Develop and provide training, tools and relevant guidelines and documentation- Generate and consolidate results related to global HSE activities

Tortona

HSE and facility manager - in this position my main tasks were to manage maintenance activities on plant infrastructure and to provide the risk assessments in order to suggest to the Plant Mgr/Employer the adequate measures for eliminating, reducing and keeping under operational control all OHS risks. All these activities had the clear target to ensure legal compliance of the plant and to apply the Alpla company guidelines and best practices in work safety.In the environmental field my specific tasks regard the waste management, the atmospheric emissions and the waste water discharge.
