• Managed onsite installation projects of structural monitoring, mechanical, electrical and electronic instrumentation for subsea pipelines, drilling risers, platform structures, and mooring lines related to the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, South Korea, Israel, Singapore and Texas. • Created project documents including scope of work, system manuals, installation and testing procedures, technical reports, calibration certificates, bill of materials, and concept schematics. • Coordinated and led meetings between clients and engineering team before, during and after each project, determined project scope, created work estimates and deadlines, and addressed client questions and concerns. • Developed pre- and post-project reports, covering equipment installation, troubleshooting and repair instructions, project duration, labor and equipment costs, and risk assessment and job safety metrics; allowed for accurate client billing, documentation of job actions, and tracking of safety records. • Calibrated various onsite instrumentation, including tri-axial accelerometers, inclinometers, strain gauge sensors, and angular rate sensors; performed troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of systems following proper procedures and maintained accurate repair logs. • Performed Factory Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing, following standard and project manager testing procedures, collaborating with clients to review process, logged and completed testing documentation, and accuracy determined testing outcome for component and full systems. • Led commissioning of systems across sites in Texas, Gulf of Mexico, South Korea and Singapore, successfully installing inclinometers, compasses, tension sensors, accelerometers, and angular rate sensors; managed equipment logistics internationally, led onsite contractor coordination, oversaw instrumentation installation, and partnered with client to test and launch new systems.
