I have gained a wide experience in the world of leather goods, collaborating closely with designers, merchandisers, artisans and suppliers. This allowed me to develop considerable autonomy and excellent skills in the management of processes and human resourcesDuring my career, I have specialized in materials research and leather goods product constructions, acquiring a deep knowledge of these sectors. I consider teamwork and achievement of goals as my main distinguishing qualities.After spending a decade as a Product Manager, managing a leather goods factory in Milan, I decided to use my skills as a consultant for brands that want to develop their leather goods collections following all the processes from sketch to final quality control.Currently I collaborate with several Italian brands, developping their collections of bags, small leather goods and shoes, .
