I lead the product team in trii, in charge of the the roadmap, product vision, tech teamwork methodology, and processes. We expanded the product to Colombia, Peru, and Chile, creating unique integrations with each country's exchanges and following local regulations. Guiding the design team, we redesigned the UX following customer research techniques. We created new investment products to expand trii's product portfolio.

As Product Owner of the Global Cashflow teams, I led the teams for Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico. We created a transactional bouncer where all cash movements are registered, cataloged, and then sent to our frontend, ERP, and data warehouse. On our frontend, I was in charge of deposits, bank transfers, P2P transfers, ATM withdrawals, and cash partner withdrawals.

In charge of creating the best digital bank in Colombia. I work as the Product Owner of a scrum team, alongside engineers and visual designers. In charge of defining the product backlog, by talking to users and stakeholders to align business objetives and growth targets.

Responsible for handling new business submissions for commercial use aircraft. Reviewing and renewing existing books of business. Determine risk of an insured and appropriately calculating premium for the requested coverage. Maintaining and creating relationships with brokers and clients.
