- Process supervisor in bottling sector in the 1.25L refillable glass bottle line - Leader of the productivity improvement project team in the 1.25L glass bottling line, generating a diagnosis and an action plan, reporting to industrial management showing progress and pending issues. - Planning of medium and long-term strategies to guarantee the safety of people, product quality and productivity through lean manufacturing tools. - Leader of the 5S pillar in the 1.25L glass bottling line, guaranteeing through the tool, the order and cleanliness of the environment and the cleanliness of the machines, applying autonomous maintenance. -Responsible for coordinating with stakeholders the production plans, the validations of new products and supplies, to guarantee the availability of the finished product, optimizing the productive resources. - Monitoring of quality controls using statistical process control, making decisions to maintain stable processes. - Planning of preventive and corrective food safety actions using the "good manufacturing habits" as a premise, responding to deviations from internal and external audits. - Organization of production staff tasks in line stops for preventive maintenance, coordinating cleaning and inspection, guaranteeing compliance with the standards developed in the pillars of 5S and Autonomous Maintenance. - Responsible for monitoring and cost reduction, minimizing waste. - Development of an annual investment plan for improvements in safety, quality and productivity in the 1.25L glass bottling line.
