Currently at VAS, I serve as a UI/UX Designer in the Games&Simulations business unit. In VAS I work mainly on digital learning experiences for the Bocconi University. My responsibilities encompass the creation of visually stimulating and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring an immersive and engaging user experience, aligned with the learning goals.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct extensive research to explore different visual styles, presenting multiple design proposals through moodboards and design presentations according to the client brief, compatible with the devices where the simulation will be played, and the accessibility standards.• Develop User Experience (UX), wireframing the interface from the game design documents, which contain the theoretical learning model and all the game dynamics and mechanics. • Collaborate closely with learning designers, developers, and project managers throughout the process, to ensure a holistic approach to UX development and validation.• Use atomic design methodology to buid user interfaces in Figma.• Create interactive mockups on Figma to facilitate seamless presentations of selected screens or interactions.• Regularly communicate with the team members and iterate on designs in accordance with client's feedbacks.

I primarily focus on a variety of projects for Bocconi University, including the design of online courses and materials, animated storytelling, and video productions on various themes in collaboration with Bocconi’s partners such as Repubblica and Financial Times.Key Responsibilities:• Research visual concepts and defining the look and feel through moodboards and design proposals that align with the course subject and teacher requirements. • Design graphical assets for the video production team, ensuring a cohesive visual narrative.• Create storyboards, starting from scripts provided by the client, for animated storytelling to enhance the video lessons. • Collaborate closely with teachers and stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver designs that meet educational goals.In this role I had the opportunity to enhance the information experience of learning products at Bocconi, among the most prestigious universities in Italy.
