Management of a diverse team of in-house design professionals (including drafting, engineers and architects), delegating responsibilities and assignments to team members based on individual strengths and skill base.In charge of the design process from schematic design through construction documents for lighting design of diverse projects like museums, retail, offices, restaurants, and high-end residential. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team including architects, interior designers, engineers and other consultants for domestic and international demanding projects due to complex client requirements, fast paced rollouts or the reuse of historic structures.Member of interdisciplinary team responsible for development of new architectural and MEP retail prototype. Lead meetings with worldwide design partners for prototype training and CAD standards. Responsible for carrying the lighting design intent for all retail projects and identifying code restrictions that may affect the design for individual stores while maintaining design consistency throughout the fleet. Develop custom fixtures from diagrammatic sketches into feasible concept designs that respond to the aesthetic, local and regional codes, schedule and quality constrains of the project together with leading manufacturers. Responsibilities include project management, lighting layouts, details, specifications, schedules, photometrics, implementing and managing CAD standards, construction documents, power compliance and code analysis, electrical design including power distribution, panel load schedules, circuiting, line diagrams and programming of lighting control systems. Other duties include review of shop drawings, main contact for contractors and building departments, respond to RFI, and LEED certifications.

Managed several interior design and architecture projects with responsibly for relationship with client, deliverables throughout different phases of design, and code checks to secure building and planning permits. Large role in the research and implementation of new material into the building environment.Responsibilities included generating and managing project schedules, generating reports to ensure on-time project completion.
