- Main responsibility is to maximize overall hotel revenue for rooms, food andbeverage and events/catering through the implementation of effective pricing anddistribution strategies.- Set and manage appropriate yield controls to maximize the hotel’s revenue fromall distribution channels, including CRO, Global Distribution System website and3rd party channels (Such as Booking.com, Expedia, other travel booking relatedwebsites)- Communicate sell strategies with sales and operations teams- Monitor and evaluate market demand trends, including surveying thecompetitor’s strategies to set competitive pricing, and distribution strategies inorder to win market share to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits.- Conduct weekly Yield meetings with agenda, and recommendations for short-and long-term growth- Attend Sales & Marketing meetings- Provide statistical information to Executive Committee members- Complete and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports- Monitor and evaluate CRO performance on a weekly and monthly basis- Provide reports measuring results hotel’s and Sales & Marketing efforts andinterpreting as needed- Set appropriate and congruent pricing among all market segments anddistribution channels- Develop pricing strategies for all markets, by season or special city events.- In conjunction with E-commerce team, provide opportunity dates on a calendarbasis to result in incremental revenue opportunities- Report directly to General Manager, Hotel Management Company and AssetManager/Asset Owner.- Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow thecompetition
