About Federico Melzi

Degree in Political Science, after the first professional experiences, in January 1997 I joined Fina Lubricants. Working in the Marketing Department, I was put in charge of the commercial end users and wholesales sales channels of automotive lubricants with the coordination of a network of 12 agents. Interested in being part of a working reality in an industry more dynamic and complex than the lubricants sector, while remaining within the oil, in May 2000 I joined Cam Petroli, one of the main retailers of petroleum products owned by the family Tronchetti Provera. Submitted initially with the role of head of purchasing petroleum products, I was later given responsibility for key commercial clients flanked by two assistants. The acquisition of Cam Petroli by Agip and the resulting reorganization led me to explore new professional opportunities. In November 2003 thus became part of theTamoil wholesale business in Italy, where I was entrusted with the commercial responsibility throughout the national sales of the wholesale channel. In my role I was assisted by a staff of 10 employees. The well-established experience in the oil sector and the search for new challenges led me to Commerfin where I play the role of Project Development Manager in the field of renewables. My willingness to find new motivations drove me to the healthcare sector, joining my current adventure in Curiumpharma, world's largest the nuclear medicine company.Over the years I have drawn on professional experience sharpened my ability to work in stressful situations and creating an effective collaboration between the various functions.Specialties: Sure of my potential, I am a strong and structured person, with remarkable skills of analysis and synthesis associated with proactive in providing suggestions and solutions.
